To allow for a glass tinting shop
and auto sound installation.
This site is located one block south of the intersection of
Geyer Springs and Forbing Road.
2. Compatibility with Neighborhood
There are a variety of uses within the area including
commercial and offices. The proposed use, in staff's
opinion, is compatible with the neighborhood.
3. On -Site Drives and Parkincr
There is one on-site drivewithunpaved parking. If
approved, this area will have to be brought up to ordinance
standards.
4. screening and Buffers
Some on-site screening exists with no buffers. Staff feels
the applicant should bring the site into compliance with the
landscape ordinance.
5. City Engineer Comments
The submittal was inadequate for review.
6. Analysis
The applicant has not submitted to staff a detail letter or
project narrative at this time. Therefore, proper analysis
cannot be done.
7. Staff Recommendation
Staff reserves any recommendation until after the
Subdivision Committee Review.

SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE COMMENTS: (JULY 18, 1991)
The applicant was not in attendance. Staff informed the
Committee that the application was incomplete. The Committee
suggested to staff to make another attempt to contact the
applicant and get whatever information that was needed.
On July 24, 1991 staff made another attempt to contact the
applicant by phone. The applicant stated that he wants the item
withdrawn.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
(JULY 30, 1991)
Neither the applicant nor a representative was present. There
were no objectors in attendance. Staff informed the Commission
that the applicant had requested the item be withdrawn without
prejudice. As part of the Consent Agenda, the applicant's
request was approved by a vote of 7 ayes, 0 noes and 4 absent.
