SURVEYOR'S NOTES
1. Topographic & Lease Parcel Survey, made on the ground under the supervision of an
Arkansas ReginScred Land Surveyor. Date of field survey is March 24, 2005.
2. Seneings crc based on Arkansas South State Plane Coordinates NAD 83.
3. No underground utilities, underground encroachments or building foundations were
measured or located as a part of this survey, unless otherwise shown. Trees and shrubs not
located, unless otherwise shown.
4. Benchmark used is a concrete monument and brass disc. NAVD 88 Datum with an
established elevation of 303 feet, (92.4 meters), PID AE3004. Onsite benchmark is as shown
hereon. Elevations shown ore in feet and refer to NAVD 88.
5. This survey was conducted for the purpose of a Topographic & Lease Parcel Survey only,
and is not intended to delineate the regulatory jurisdiction of any federal, state, regional or
local agency, board, commission or other similar entity.
6. Attention is directed to the fact that this survey may have been reduced or enlarged in
size due to reproduction. This should be taken into consideration when obtaining scaled data.
7. This Survey was conducted in reference to a Certificate of Title Examination letter by
Stewart Title of Arkansas, dated March 18, 2005. No survey matters exist.
B. Surveyor hereby states the Geodetic Coordinates and the elevation shown for the proposed
centerline of the tower are accurate to within +/- 15 feet horizontally and to within +/- 3
feet vertically (FAA Accuracy Code 1A).
9. Survey shown hereon conforms to the Minimum Requirements as set forth by the State
Board for a Class "A" Survey.
10. Field data upon which this map or plat is based has a closure precision of not less
_ than one -foot in 15,000 feet (1':15,000') and an angular error that does not exceed 10
seconds times the square root of the number of angles turned. Field traverse was not
adjusted.

FLOOD NOTE
The subject property appears to lie in Zone 'X' of the Flood Insurance Rale Map Community
Panel No. 050181 0112 F, which bears an effective date of October 19, 2001 and IS NOT in
*special flood hazard area. No field measurements were used In this determination and an
elevation certificate may be needed for verification.

This letter is in regards to Verizon Wireless'proposed wireless site, hQcClellan High
School AR, to be located at 9425 Geyer Springs Road,
In order to comply with Section 36-596 (a) of the City of Little Rock's code, 2. search for
existing structures was conducted, on. which to collocate. ,But, there were no
collocation possibilities found that would meet location and hei&t requirements, as
set forth by Verizon's RF engineers. There was one tower located near the search ring
issued. by Verizon RF (State of AR tower 1.0 mile north), but it was Loo close to other
sites Verizon had planned in the Little Rock market,
1 have attached the documents, which the Verizon RF team used to distinguish their
search criteria for the Parkview High School Site.
In conclusion, Verizon attempted to fnd collocation opportunities en existing
structures f'or this site, but was unable to do so. 'Thus, a rawland build was the only
alternative.

Dear Mr. Carney,
This letter is in regards to Verizon Wireless' proposed wireless sate. McClellan High
School AR, to be located at 9425 Geyer Springs Road.
In order to comply with Sections 36-393 (I) and 36-593 (h) of the City of Little hock's
code, Verizon Wireless has engineered the site to allow collocation of at least two other
WCF providers and will accommodate two additional antenna arrays, on. the tower,
and their equipment facilities.
