Jilg 315 Brookside Drive Little Rock, AR 72205 Dear Mr. Jilg: Please be advised that on September 22, 1991, the Little Rock Board of Adjustment did approve your request to build an addition within the floodway. If I or the staff can be of additional assistance to you, please feel free to let us know by calling 371-4790. Si erely, na Brown Planner I Planning Zoning and Subdivision August 19, 1991 Little Rock Board of Adjustment Little Rock, AR 72201 Would you please place on the agenda of the September Meeting for the Board of Adjustment a consideration for a room addition to the property at 315 Brookside Drive - Little Rock, AR 72205. This was originally considered by the Board at the June Meeting and was briefly reviewed once again in July. .-A seeking of a variance for the August Meeting seemingly was too late for inclusion on the agenda. We now would request to be included in the September agenda since a favorable response has been given by Mr. Jerry Gardner, City Engineer and by Mr. Mike Batie, Director for the City of Little Rock. Respectfully submitted: f Paul H. Z-5454 After a review of the conditions and the hardship of the applicant, I have decided to recommend that the Board of Adjustment grant the requested floodway variance. The proposed addition to Rev. Jilg's residence is of such a minor magnitude that the increase in flood height resulting (if any) is too small to be calculated by normal analytical techniques. cc: Don McChesney Jerry Gardner
