Little Rock Board of Adjustment
Little Rock, AR 72201
Would you please place on the agenda of the September
Meeting for the Board of Adjustment a consideration for
a room addition to the property at 315 Brookside Drive -
Little Rock, AR 72205.
This was originally considered by the Board at the June
Meeting and was briefly reviewed once again in July. .-A
seeking of a variance for the August Meeting seemingly was
too late for inclusion on the agenda. We now would request
to be included in the September agenda since a favorable
response has been given by Mr. Jerry Gardner, City Engineer
and by Mr. Mike Batie, Director for the City of Little
Rock.
Respectfully submitted:

RE: FLOODWAY VARIANCE REQUEST - 315 BROOKSIDE DRIVE
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT FILE NO. Z-5454
After a review of the conditions and the hardship of the
applicant, I have decided to recommend that the Board of
Adjustment grant the requested floodway variance.
The proposed addition to Rev. Jilg's residence is of such a minor
magnitude that the increase in flood height resulting (if any) is
too small to be calculated by normal analytical techniques.
