LU2023-14-01 is a Future Land Use Map amendment requested on approximately 1.25 acres at 10305 Geyer Springs Road in the Geyer Springs East Planning District. The applicant is requesting
the
land use designation be changed from Residential Low Density (RL) to Residential Medium Density (RM).
The Subject site is at 10305 Geyer Springs Road -

On March 9, 2023, the Planning Commission will consider the applicant’s request to amend the land use plan from Residential Low Density (RL) to Commercial (C). The hearing will begin
at 4:00 p.m. The meeting will be at the Centre at University Park, 6401 West 12th Street.
