LU2023-12-01 is a Future Land Use Map amendment requested on approximately 1.3 acres at 7404 Mabelvale Pike in the 65th Street West Planning District. The applicant is requesting the
land use designation be changed from Residential Low Density (RL) to Residential Medium Density (RM).

On January 12, 2023, the Planning Commission will consider the applicant’s request to amend the land use plan from Residential Low Density (RL) to Residential Medium Density (RM). The
hearing will begin at 4:00 p.m. The meeting will be at the Centre at University Park, 6401 West 12th Street.
