Land Use Amendment
Mr. Malone,
Attached with this cover letter is the Land Use Amendment Application, and survey for the
above referenced project on Mabelvale Pike. The filing fee for this application has already been
paid with the rezoning fee.
The developer/owner would like to submit a land use amendment from RL Residential Low
Density to RM residential Medium Density. This application accompanies the Rezoning
Application submitted on the same property from R-2 to R4. The land use amendment along
with the rezoning request will allow the owner to construct duplexes on the property.
Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda.
