AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN 3
IN THE 65TH STREET WEST PLANNING DISTRICT 4
(LU2023-12-01) AT 7404 MABELVALE PIKE FROM 5
RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY (RL) TO RESIDENTIAL 6
MEDIUM DENSITY (RM), AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 7

WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Land Use 9
Plan Map and now recommends it for adoption. 10

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS 12
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: 13

Section 1. The Land Use Plan Map is amended at 7404 Mabelvale Pike from 15
Residential Low Density (RL) to Residential Medium Density (RM) as shown on the 16
attached graphic. 17

Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, 19
sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid 20
or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining 21
portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so 22
declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 23
ordinance. 24

Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same 26
that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the 27
extent of such inconsistency. 28
