The undersigned hereby certifies to B & C Properties, Bob Jones & William Riley,
that this surveycorrectly shows, to the best of our knowledge, belief and ability,
the following: ) the boundary lines, dimensions and area of the property described
hereon: (2) the location type and dimensions of all improvements on the property,
if any, (3) the location and dimensions of all platted streets, alleys, rights of
way, easements and/or other matters of record affecting the property of which the
