Dear Department of Planning and Development
I am a concerned homeowner of this neighborhood, and I amagainst this project proposed for
the connection of our neighborhood to have an extension road -through or to Pankey community
and or connecting with Cantrell Road (Highway 10). 1 believe this will cause more unnecessary
traffic through our neighborhood and cause great safes concerns for our children who play in
our neighborhoods as well as bikers, joggers, and pet owners. I am also against taking portions
of our homeowner property to make larger streets in our neighborhood given She fact that we
already don't have much front yards as it is and this would bring further safety concerns for
those affected by this change.
If a private entity wants to build next to Cantrell Road (Highway 10) or Pankey community area,
then it can have several roads in or out of its designated building zone to Cantrell Road
(Highway 10) without connecting to our neighborhood at all.
