Julie,
There is not a subdivision proposed at this time to go at the end of Shepard Drive. We are looking into removing Black
Street from the master transportation plan as a connection back to Cantrell. Old Oak Drive would not connect on the
north end to Black Street. To remove the Black Street connection, another connection to Cantrell in the future would
need to be proposed. Shepard Drive was platted and designed to connect to the east. However, there is not a
subdivision proposed at this time. We are looking into a proposed future tie from Shepard Drive through however a
future layout of any proposed development that may occur to get back to Cantrell. Any future development of that area
would also have ties to Cantrell as well. That may revise the need to tie Shepard at all. That is why it would be just a
proposed collector tie to Cantrell as things could change upon any development.

I personally live on Shepard Drive near Taylor Loop & Cantrell. Neighbors have told me that there is to be a hearing on
May 11 regarding widening Shepard drive to put in a subdivision on the east end of Secluded Hills Subdivision towards
Pankey. I have not received any notice of such.
Can you look at the May 11 agenda and see if this subject is to be discussed? Or if this is in fact in the works, or only a
rumor. Thank you in advance.
