Thank you again for your time in the past to discuss Tower Asset Newco VIII, LLC's project at 2525 John
Barrow Road. As we discussed Tower Assets is replacing the existing 120' monopole with a new 120'
monopole that has greater structural capacity. The new tower and foundation will be placed 10' west of
the existing tower and the existing tower will be disassembled. There will be no other changes to the
existing site.
I have attached a site plan, the existing tower drawing, and the new tower drawing for your review.
Please confirm that this project does not require zoning. Thank you for your assistance in this matter

Dear Mr. Carnev,
This letter is in regards to Verizor) Iffireless' proposed wireless site, Parkview Higb
School AR, to be located at 2525 John Barrow Road.
in order to comply with Section 36-536 (a) of the City of Little Rock's code, a search for
existing structures was conducted, on which to collocate. But, there were no
collocation possibilities found that would meet location and height requirements, as
set forth by Verizon's RF engineers. There was one tower located near the search ring
issued by Verizon RF(Alltel tower .7 miles north), but it was too close to other sites
Verizon had planned in the Little Rock market.
I have attached the documents, which the Verizon RF team used to distinguish their
search criteria for the Parkview High School Site,
In conclusion, Verizon attempted to find collocation opportunities on existing
structures for this site, but was unable to do so. Thus, a rawlar_d build wan the only
alternative.
