APPROVAL OF THE ARCHITECT.
6, ALL WORK SHALL CONFORM TO APPLICABLE LAWS, CODES,
ORDINANCES AND RULES OF THE CITY, COUNTY, STATE AND
FEDERAL AGENCIES HAVING JURISDICTION.
7. CONNECTING SUBCONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY LOCATION, SIZE
AND TYPE OF EXISTING UTILITY SERVICES. THE
SUBCONTRACTOR SHALL PAY CONNECTION FEES AND MAKE
CONNECTIONS AS REQUIRED, ALL DEPOSITS REQUIRED FOR
FUTURE BILLING SHALL BE PAID BY THE OWNER.
S. CURB CUTS, DRIVEWAY APRONS AND DRAINAGE CULVERTS
SHALL CONFORM TO CITY ORDINANCE OR HIGHWAY
DEPARTMENT STANDARDS. CONSTRUCT STREET/DRIVE
TRANSITION AS SMOOTH AS POSSIBLE.
9. ALL WALKS SHALL BE SMOOTH FINISH CONCRETE UNLESS
OTHERWISE INDICATED ON THE DRAWINGS (CONCRETE SHALL BE
3,000 PSI CONCRETE).
10: DRIVEWAY AREAS SHALL BE SMOOTH FINISH ASPHALT PAVING
UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED ON THE DRAWINGS 16" GRAVEL
BASE AND 2" HOT MIX ASPHALT).
11. ASSUMED SOIL BEARING PRESSURE UNDER ALL WALKS, DRIVES
AND BUILDING AREAS IS 3,000 PSF (CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY).
IT SHALL BE THE CONTRACTORS RESPONSIBILITY TO REMOVE
AND REPLACE UNACCEPTABLE SOIL WITH SOIL THAT WILL BEAR.
12. PROVIDE RAMPS FOR TRANSITION FROM WALKS TO DRIVES AND
PARKING LOT ELEVATIONS (MAXIMUM SLOPE 1" IN 1211).
ACCESSIBLE PARKING SHALL BE PROVIDED AS INDICATED AND
SHALL BE MARKED AS PER A.D.A. REGULATIONS.
