HomeMy WebLinkAboutZ-5397 Map 3GENERAL ;DOTES 1. contractor shall protect all walls, doors, frames, surfaces, fixtures, etc. scheduled as "existing to remain" from damage dur'_ng demolition. Contractor shall verify if these surfaces are plumb, square, and true and correct as required. 2. Contractor shall take whatever precautions are necessary to protect existing utility lines, ductwork, fixtures, finishes, etc. which remain as oart of the final systems. Contractor shall clean, repair, relamp, etc. these items as required for proper functioning of the final sys_�m- 3. Contractor shall remove all items not indicated on Construction Documents to remain, including, but not limited to partitions, ducts, conduits, etc. which are not part of the final system. 4. Contractor shall verify all dimensions before start of construction and job conditions and shall report to a Twin City Bank Representative any discrepancies or omissions whicn would interfere vita satisfactory completion of work. Contractor is responsible for verification of all field measurements, field construction, and installation criteria, coordination of all trades and owner supplied items, and the means and methods of construction. Contractor is responsible for arranging parking, etc. or the handling of materials. 5. Contractor to oversee cleaning and ensure that the premises are maintained free of rubbish during construction. Final cleanup is the responsibility of the Contractor. Repair, patch, touch-up or replace marred surfaces and maintain cleaning until occupied by Twin City Bank. 6. At t..^,e termination of work, submit to Twin City Bank, maintenance manuals presenting full details for care and maintenance of all surfaces and equipment of every nature. Contents shall include manufacturers' and installers' names, addresses, and phone numbers, and instructions for instal- lation, start-up, operation, maintenance parts list, and data sheets. Contractor is responsible for compliance with all codes, ordinances, and regulations applicable at project location. Contractor is responsible for filing and securing all necessary permits, approvals, etc. for all trades. 9. Contractor shall be fully responsible for keeping abreast of construction progress, and where delays have occurred due to Contractor's fault, make up the lost time at this own expense as necessary to maintain the contract schedule. 9. Contractor shall submit to Twin City Bank a bi-weekly job status report. The report shall state actual progress of the job, list any changes and any other conditions within the scope of the Contract Documents affecting job progress. 10.
