1. Plans of work within the right—of—way will be submitted.
2. Stormwater detention ordinance does not apply to this property.
3. A grading plan will be provided and a grading permit
will be obtained if required.
4. Sidewalks and handicap ramps will conform to "MSP" &
current ADA standards.
5. Any damages to curb, gutter or sidewalk in the right—of—
way will be repaired or replaced.
6. Street improvement plans shall include signage and striping.
7. Developer shall obtain all applicable permits from AHTD.

accordance with the "Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for
ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys", jointly established and adopted by
ALTA, and NSPS in 2005, and includes Items 1, 2, 3, 4, 7(a),
