LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A part of Tract No. 2, Sterling Subdivision in the S'j, SEj, Section 25,
T -1-N, R -13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows: From a concrete monument marking the Northwest corner of said
Tract No. 2 (said corner being on the Southeasterly right of way line of
the Missouri -Pacific Railroad Main Line) run South 89° 26' 28" East and
along the North line of said Tract No. 2 for 357.00 feet to the point of
beginning; thence South 09' S7' 58" East for 6.36 feet to a chain link
fence; thence South 60' 21' 46" East and along a chain link fence for
99.SS feet to the P.C. of a curve concave to the Southwest, said curve not
being a simple curve, but with a varying length radius; thence along said
chain link fence and arc of said curve with the following chord bearings
