The proposed building is a two story, 42,000 sq. ft. education and worship building, complete with 375 parking spaces. Their 130+ acre site contains a buildable plateau of 35 acres that is surrounded by I-30 and dedicated flood ways giving them an excellent buffer from all adjoining property. We feel that this development of this property fits in very well with the surrounding property and will be a positive improvement to the city. We appreciate your consideration.
