The parks requirements were reviewed appropriately with
Planning Division, the City Attorney, City Manager, and
persons from this office. It was agreed that no dedication
of lands along the creeks would be required since one of
the tract is larger than minimum and that this was a church
site.
If you need additional information please let me know.

Re: I-30 Site
Geyer Springs First Baptist Church
Little Rock, Arkansas
Dear Anna:
On behalf of our client, we request a Conditional Use Permit to
allow construction of this church project in the existing residen-
tial zoning.
The proposed building is a two story, 42,000 sq. ft. education and
worship building, complete with 375 parking spaces. Their 130+ acre
site contains a buildable plateau of 35 acres that is surrounded
by I-30 and dedicated flood ways giving them an excellent buffer
from all adjoining property.
We feel that this development of this property fits in very well
with the surrounding property and will be a positive improvement
to the city.
We appreciate your consideration.
Yours truly,
J
