Gentlemen:
We are requesting a conditional use permit for the above
referenced property. This property is presently zoned
"C-3" and is developed with a six -bay self service car
wash, equipment room and concrete paving.
The owner, Mr. Ken Deramus, proposes to add auto lubric-
ation services (2 expanded bays), an office (ane expanded
bay), one full service wash bay, and one exterior self
service wash facility. Adequate parking will be provided.
This information is shown on the Site Plan.
Submitted herewith are 16 copies of the Site Plan, 3
copies of recent survey and a $125.00 check for the review
fee.
Please put this on your agenda for the August 28, 1990
meeting. If further information is needed, please advise.
