This property is presently zoned "C-3" and is developed with a six -bay self service car wash, equipment room and concrete paving. The owner, Mr. Ken Deramus, proposes to add auto lubric- ation services (2 expanded bays), an office (ane expanded bay), one full service wash bay, and one exterior self service wash facility.
