Mabelvale Pike; thence Northeasterly along said East right-of-way
line being the arc of a curve to the left, having a chord bearing
and distance of N6°53'12"E, 76.51 ft. to a point; thence
N1°07'58"E and continuing along said East right-of-way line, 241.97
ft. to a point; thence S89°30'57"E and continuing along said East
right-of-way line, 7.36 ft. to a point; thence Northeasterly and
continuing along said East right-of-way line, being the arc of a
curve to the right, having a chord bearing and distance of

SE1/4, SEI/4; thence Northeasterly and continuing along said East
right-of-way line being the arc of a curve to the right, having a
