Dear Van:
We are requesting a conditional use permit to allow a neighbor-
hood recreational facility to be constructed in the Carriage
Creek Subdivision (Zoned R-2). We are enclosing 16 copies of
the site plan with a boundary survey of the tract. The recre-
ational facilities will include a swimming pool with change fa-
cilities, two tennis courts, clubhouse and lake.
