Dear Van:
On behalf of Arkansas Modification Center we are requesting a conditional use
permit for an aircraft customizing facility on the Little Rock Airport
property. As shown on the enclosed plan the proposed facility initially
includes four (4) hangar and an office building on a 40.56 -acre lease area
located on the western side of Grundfest Drive southwest of the Little Rock
Regional Airport Terminal Building. Four (4) additional hangars are
anticipated in future phases of the project. Initially, 430 parking spaces
will be provided with 228 future parking spaces. Access to the site will be
via Grundfest Drive (Factoria Street) off of Roosevelt Road.
The facility is primarily for the customizing of corporate aircraft. The
customizing process involves the installation of the interior of the
aircraft, painting and the installation of electronic and avionic equipment.
The facility will employ approximately 600 people.
I have enclosed a check in the amount of $125.00 for your review fee. Also
included are 16 prints of the site plan.

Arkansas Modification Center Facility on Dave Grundfest Drive. The site plan
has been revised to show the addition of a left turn lane on Grundfest Drive
at Roosevelt Road, landscaping of the parking lots and eastern side of the
site and the easement for the 60" sanitary sewer.
