LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Part of the NWj NEI, Sedtion36,--T-2-N, R -I3 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly- described as follows: Begin at a point
which is 588.3 feet South and 20 feet East of the NW corner, of the
NEI, Section 36, T -2-N, R -13-W; thence run S 83° 10' E, 232 feet to
a point which is located on the circumference of a circle which has
a radius of 112 feet{ thence run in a southerly and southeasterly
direction along the circumference of said circle, 147.1 feet .to a
point; thence run in a southerly and southwesterly direction,
following thecircumference of a 10 foot radius curve to the North
line of Highway #10; thence along said highway, 344 feet; thence
North 225 feet to the point of beginning; AND ALSO an.undivided
one fourth (1/4) interest in and to that part of the NWj NEI, Section
36, T -2-N, R -13-W, which is more particularly described as follows:
All of the land enclosed within a circle whose center is 601 feet .
South and 306.2 feet East of the. NW corner of the said NEI, Section
36; and whose radius is 112 feet.
