Analysis The staff does not foresee any adverse impact to the neighborhood as a result of this proposal. The site does not contain the necessary paved parking area (113 spaces required) but does have an adequate parking area (117 spaces). The immediate proposal (temporary classrooms) will not increase the parking requirement. The staff does not have a problem with deferring the additional paved parking area until the future office and/or classroom is constructed. The applicant will need, however, to submit a revised site plan that contains the necessary information. The revisions needed are: (1) to specify the height of the building; (2) to dimension all existing and proposed building footprints; (3) to locate and dimension all access drives; (4) to locate and dimension the future parking area; (5) to provide all exterior boundary dimensions; and (6) to enumerate the parking spaces existing (existing and proposed).
