The staff stated that the expansion of the mobile home park would have one access point (the northwestern most drive) and that the southwesternmost stub -out would remain closed. The applicant stated that he understood the staff's recommendations and agreed to comply with the exception of the 2100 square foot storage area requirement. He stated that each lot was larger than the ordinance requirement, would have a large concrete pad, and that the site had a recreation area that exceeded the Zoning Ordinance requirements by 4300 square feet. The staff stated that due to the factors cited by the applicant, and the fact that the original approval did not have a storage area, a variance appeared to be justified (Zoning Ordinance requirement). Sewer and water main extensions will be private and will be accommodated on the one lot plat. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: The applicant was present. There were no objectors. The. Commission voted 10 ayes, 1 absent, to approve the application as per the revised site plan as recommended by the staff. 2
