Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said SW 1/4, NW 1/4,
thence North along the West line thereof, 756.2' to the
Point Of Beginning; thence Continuing North along said West
line, 293.35' to the South Right—Of—Way line of Sibley Hole Rd;
thence S 55'43'00" E along said right--of—way 508.33'; thence
S 47'51'07" E, 42' along said South right—of—way line to a point
on the North right—of—way line of the access road of U.S. Inter—
state #30; thence S 64'43'29" W, 304.80'; thence N 01'27'01" E,
150.53'; thence N 89'44'04" W, 179.34'; to the Point Of Beginning
Containing 1.984 Acres more or less.
