I have visited the site and have determined that the placement of this unit is appropriate as indicated on your drawing. Therefore, I am approving the proposal with several conditions. These are: 1. A ten foot minimum building separation between all structural elements is required, including covers over walkways. 2. Building permit review for Code compliance is required. 3. Doors to the structure should face east onto the sidewalk. 4. A six foot board fence, opaque in nature, should be constructed along the north line of this building providing a screen line from the disposal field on the east to the gravel driveway on the west, the approximate length of the fence to be 120 feet. 5. Steps should be taken to prohibit vehicle access from the apartment developed area on the west to the gravel driveway serving this property. 6. Upgrade to an all-weather surface the existing walkway which will serve this building. 7. All lighting on the site, existing and proposed, should be directed away from the residential area to the north. Mr. Jack Robinson September 27, 1989 Page 2 Mr. Roy Beard of the Building Codes office should be contacted for purposes of the Building Code review. Mr. Beard is familiar with the several previous submittals and can deal with these issues. This approval provides for the location of this structure on this site until June of 1994 at which time they will be removed. If you require additional information or assistance from my office, do not hesitate to call. Sincerely, RICHARD -WOOD Current Planning Manager RW: gIs CC,.
