(Cricket) is one of several telecommunications companies licensed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to provide wireless communications services within Pulaski County, Arkansas. Cricket is constructing its wireless network within Pulaski County and has contracted with our company, SiteExcell, LLC, to provide real estate site acquisition services. In granting the license to Cricket, the FCC mandates that Cricket provide adequate wireless coverage to the public. In order to do this, Cricket must construct a network of wireless communications facilities throughout the Pulaski County metropolitan area.
