Dear Mr. Scott Per our conversation Monday, July 16, 1990, in reference to opague fences the city is requesting we build at several of our schools. Once again the district is requesting a waiver on this matter. The reasons we are requesting this waiver are as follows: 1. The fences you are requesting we build would not conceal the visibility of the portable buildings from the surrounding area. 2. Once again I mention that these buildings are on a temporary basis with a remaining time of 1 1/2 to 2 years, and the cost of building the fences would be phenomenal. Your correspondence to this matter and all other previous matters would be greatly appreciated by this office. Respectfully Vernon E.
