Subject: Temporary School Building for Western Hills
Elementary School
Dear Mr. Forbess:
This office has reviewed the proposal for placement of the
24' x 62'classroom on the Western Hills Elementary School
site. I am approving the placement of this structure as
requested until June 15, 1994 at which time I understand
that it will be removed. The only conditions for placement
are that a building permit be obtained from Mr. Roy Beard of
the Public Works Department and that the unit be treated in
such a fashion, either paint or other exterior treatment, to
blend the structure with the existing school building.
White exterior enamel finishes are discouraged.
Attached is a copy of the site plan marked as approved by
this office which should be attached to your request for
building permit.
If I may be of further assistance, do not hesitate to
contact my office.
Sincerely,
L-L4120otG-,
