The district proposes to add a temporary classroom building on the enclosed site plan at 4901 Western Hills Blvd. The proposed building will be 24' x 62' and will provide space for two additional classrooms. The classrooms are for additional educational space and it is intended that they be used as such until_ June 15, 1994, at which time they will be removed. I am approving the placement of this structure as requested until June 15, 1994 at which time I understand that it will be removed. The only conditions for placement are that a building permit be obtained from Mr. Roy Beard of the Public Works Department and that the unit be treated in such a fashion, either paint or other exterior treatment, to blend the structure with the existing school building. White exterior enamel finishes are discouraged. Attached is a copy of the site plan marked as approved by this office which should be attached to your request for building permit.
