2023 public hearing. The Little Rock Historic District Commission has approved with
conditions your Certificate of Appropriateness of the the installation of a rear handicap
ramp and side step stair railings at 1302 Cumberland. The final vote was 7 ayes, 0
noes and 0 recusals.
Enclosed is a copy of your Certificate of Appropriateness. The original (printed on blue
paper) should be kept with your important papers.
