The very last color photo included which we are guessing would have been photo #186 shows a five -light door in frame as an example of new front doors for building 615-623. Please confirm which door described above will be used. Item #6 Unit 608-612 A-D Painting: The scope of work mentions that all popcorn ceilings will be removed. Please describe in more detail how this work item will be carried out. Item #8 Units 615,619,623 A-D Flooring: All of the existing carpet and vinyl flooring may be removed. The proposed new vinyl plank flooring must not have a wood grain pattern to it. Apartment 619 A has recently replaced flooring which may remain. Apartments 615 C & D, 619 C & D, and 623 C, appear to have hardwood flooring throughout the units except for the kitchen and bathroom. The existing hardwood flooring must remain uncovered in these apartments. The wood flooring may be refinished if needed. Item #9 Kitchens: The proposed new vinyl plank flooring to be installed in all kitchens must not have a wood grain pattern. Drawing A2.3 indicates that under General Demolition Notes: #10 & #11 that all existing drywall, plaster, and paneling is to be removed. Existing millwork is to be removed in its entirety. While it is fine to remove the existing non -historic paneling, existing drywall, plaster and wood trim around windows, doorways and baseboards must remain. Select areas may be removed to access plumbing lines located behind the walls.
