Enclosed is a copy of your item that is a part of the agenda for the March 2, 2023 Little
Rock Historic District Commission meeting. The Staff recommendation is approval
with conditions. Please take this opportunity to familiarize yourself with the staff report
before the hearing.
Your application HDC2023-004 for replacement front doors, at 623 Sherman Street will
be heard before the Historic District Commission on March 2, 2023. The hearing will be
held in the Auditorium Room at Willie Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center at 3805
W. 12th Street. The meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m.
Your amendment will be item two in the New Certificates of Appropriates section on the
agenda. You or your agent must be present in order for the item to be heard.
