Dear Mr. Jimenez,
Your application HDC2023-004 for replacement of five entrance doors at 623 Sherman
Street will be heard before the Historic District Commission on March 2, 2023. The
hearing will be held in the Auditorium Room at the Willie Hinton Neighborhood
Resource Center, 3805 W 12th Street, Little Rock. The meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m.
Your application will be item two on the agenda. The owner or their agent must be
present in order for the item to be heard.
Please follow directions exactly when giving ten days’ notice to all property owners, as
stated in the application on page 3 instructions #6 and #7. Use “HDC2023-004” to
complete your mailing labels as shown in the instructions. Additionally, please put the
correct public hearing location and date on your public notice letters. Before mailing
letters, send a copy of the Public Notice Letter to staff for their review.
