A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND
REAPPOINTMENTS TO LITTLE ROCK COMMUNITY
HOUSING AND ADVISORY BOARD; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby reappointed as members of the
Little Rock Community Housing Advisory Board:
Christopher D. Porter, reappointed to serve his first full three -year term as a
Landlord representative, said term expiring on June 2, 2009.
Grover Evans, reappointed to serve his second full At -Large three -year term,
said term expiring on June 2, 2009.
SECTION 2. The following amendment should be made to Resolution 12,294 passed on
June 6, 2006 and should be read:
Sandy Magness, appointed to serve her first full three -year term as an At -Large
member, said term expiring on June 2, 2009.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
