more particularly described as: Beginning 40.0' South and 53.8'
East of the Northwest corner of NW1/4 NE1/4, Section 4, T -1-S,
R -13-W, on the East line of Interstate 430; thence S 200 E on
said Right -of -Way line 768.4' to the South line of said NW1/4
NW1/4 NE1/4; thence East to the Southeast corner of NW1/4, NW1/4,
NE1/4; thence North to the South line of Baseline Road; thence
West to the Point of Beginning. Now in the City of Little Rock,
