described as beginning at the SW Corner of the SE1/4 of said Section 17, thence along the South line of
said SE1/4 S -88-47-31-E 1025.32 feet; thence N -1-12-29-E 1887.64 feet to the point of beginning, said point
being on the North right-of-way line of Lindsey Road and the West Bank of Fourche Bayou; thence along said
right-of-way to a point N -75-01-45-W 117.33 feet; thence to a point N -71-16-09-W 650.10 feet to a point of
curvature to the right having a delta angle of 57°33' and a radius of 763.94 feet; thence along said curve
to a point N -64-04-30-W 176.30 feet; thence to a point N -49-41-30-W 176.30 feet; thence to a point
N -35-18-05-W 176.30 feet; thence to a point N -20-54-45-W 176.30 feet to the point of tangency; thence
continuing along said right-of-way to a point N-13-43-08-14 75.50 feet to the South right-of-way of a
railroad spur; thence along said railroad right-of-way to a point S -71-15-49-E 1217.85 feet to a point of
curvature to the left; thence continuing along said right-of-way to a point N -18-44-11-E 10.00 feet; thence
along said curve to the left, having a delta angle of 18°31'19" and a radius of 955.37 feet, to a point
S -79-05-20-E 268.31 feet to the West bank of Fourche Bayou; thence along railroad right-of-way to a point

feet, said point being the centerline of channel of Fourche Bayou and the south right-of-way line of said
