Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted to this email address for review. RE: Z-9680-A Rock City Wraps – PD-C 11415 W. Markham Street Development Comments: 1.Provide detailed description of proposed use, including trailer rental and where trailer will be stored. The trailer is temporarily located in an area that allows full access to perform the required work on it. It is store in a different location. 2.Provide hours of operation for proposed use. The proposed retail hours of operation are from M-S 8:00 am - 5:00 pm while services are performed 24 hours a day. 3.Provide the following on the site plan: a)building dimensions Proposed building is 85' wide x 65' deep dimensions from the building to all property lines. See site plan for bldg. location(s) b)proposed building height Proposed building height will be 24' high sloping to the rear. c)exterior door locations (pedestrian and vehicle doors) See site plan for door location(s) 4.Provide information regarding exterior building materials (wood, brick, metal, etc.) Proposed exterior of the building are variations of corrugated & decorative Metal(s). 5.Clearly show dumpster location on site plan. All dumpsters must screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the code. The existing dumpster location is shared between the two existing property owners and is currently screened. 6.Provide information regarding parking needs. As this business focuses primarily on the restyling of automobiles which services are performed inside the climate controlled facility we are requesting the parking be allocated such that the 5 existing parking spaces currently located on the west side of the existing property be re-designated to the interior of the facility. 7.Clearly label area of the site to be paved. See site plan for proposed paving areas. 8.Any signage must comply with Section 36-555 of the code (signs permitted in commercial zones). Understood 9.All sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. Understood
