Electronic material must be scanned through our system for viruses, spam ware, malware, and or any other malicious software that could shut down our system. The computer used for the meeting cannot accomplish that task. We do not deviate from that requirement. That is the reason for having any material emailed 24 hours prior to the meeting. The email system does the scan as it comes through our system. It may be a part of that security system why your email has not came through. As mentioned in previous emails, you are welcome to bring printed material to the commission for presentation purposes. The only section that references a 24hr timeline is directed towards: "Interested Parties" may participate in the public hearing to be held at the above-mentioned place and time, by registering in-person at the public hearing, or in one of the following ways: As we are the Applicant it's clear that the designation set aside for those interested parties and is designated as a separate specification. Can you please cite the exact and or specific section(s) on the "NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING" attachment that specifically indicates any and all required timeline(s) that must be followed with regards to submitting exhibits, and or any areas of concern that specifically address the requirements set on the "Applicant" Thank you for your assistance in clearing this matter up.
