As we discussed this morning, I am providing you with a list of additional information that we need to fulfill ordinance requirements and to complete our review of your application.
Please provide the following additional information by the end of business next Monday, July 25, 2022:
Show the auto turntable on the site plan. Provide a written description of how the auto turntable will be used.
Provide a topographical cross section map of the site.
Provide a development schedule (approximate demo date for existing building, beginning construction date for new building and finish construction date for new building).
Provide the following information on the site plan:
Scale
North arrow
Dimensions of proposed building
Utility easements
Cross-access easements
Vehicular circulation (directional arrows)
