Thank you for the clarification, What I am specifically requesting is that you answer back Who and or Whom brought it to your attention and What Type of Notification did you receive? Was this notice provided by Phone Call, Email, Text Message, etc? What are all related details which prompted what you described as: "an additional review of your file".   Additionally, you indicate it's based on the 200' Radius?  On the Short Form Application it only outlines:  "written notice of the time, place, and date of public hearing thereon to all record owners of property situated within 200 feet thereof as certified by a licensed abstractor." This was investigated by Planning & Development staff by comparing the list that was provided by your abstract company to our GIS software. It was determined that notification of the meeting was only sent to 6 of the 14 properties within the notification area. It states in the City of Little Rock Planning Commission Bylaws:  “(T)he applicant shall submit proof that at least fifteen days notice of the Commission’s hearing has been given to all property owners with two hundred feet of any tract for which rezoning has been petitioned.” Due to the fact that proper notification requirements were not followed, this item cannot be heard by the Planning Commission and will be deferred to their October meeting. You will need to engage with your current abstract company (or another), and a corrected list will need to be generated. Notification based on this new list will need to be sent to all properties within 200 feet of 11415 Markham in accordance with Planning Commission rules. If you have any other questions, please let me know. Thanks. Brad Jordan | Development Manager City of Little Rock | Planning and Development 723 W. Romie, I received your voicemail earlier today,  As you are aware these same exact notifications were submitted previously and LRPZD then recorded and added this submittal on the May 12th Little Rock Planning Commission Agenda,  This was deferred to June 9th and updated to recorded to the June 9th agenda.   The application was resubmitted, confirmed & scheduled for the current Little Rock Planning Commission meeting Thursday, September 8, 2022. As the city had previously processed and accepted the submission(s), then recorded it on the most recent September 8th agenda. I am requesting a written explanation of what prompted what you described as: "an additional review of your file".  Scott Wallace - Production Mngr.   //   On Thu, Sep 1, 2022 at 4:14 PM Price, Romie G. <rprice@littlerock.gov> wrote: Good afternoon applicants, Please see the link below to access the agenda for the Thursday, September 8, 2022, Little Rock Planning Commission meeting, https://www.littlerock.gov/for-businesses/planning-and-developement/boards-commissions/planning-commission/planning-agenda/09082022 web agenda.htm The meeting is open to the public for in-person attendance at the Centre at University Park at 6401 West 12th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas at 4:00 p.m..
