Show the auto turntable on the site plan. Provide a written description of how the auto turntable will be used.
Answer: Please find the placement of the auto turntable updated on the Site Plan. The auto turntable is used to showcase completed vehicles. We also use it in creating marketing videos
as it allows us to record videos of the entire vehicle while it’s rotating.
Provide a topographical cross section map of the site.
Answer: I thought the Existing Survey had the topo data but it does not.
Provide a development schedule (approximate demo date for existing building, beginning construction date for new building and finish construction date for new building).
Answer: Currently we are unable to estimate the new construction timeline as we do not currently have the city’s approval for new construction. The demolition period will coincide with
the new building construction to minimize downtime and we are moving as aggressively as the city's permitting or approval process will allow.
Provide the following information on the site plan:
a. Scale - Added to Site Plan
b. North arrow - Added to Site Plan
c. Dimensions of proposed building - Added to Site Plan
d. Utility easements - Shown on the Existing Survey
e. Cross-access easements - Shown on the Existing Survey
f. Vehicular circulation (directional arrows) - Added to Site Plan
Please find the attached, updated docs that provide the visual to your additional questions.
