For Z-9680-A, previous engineering comments
#1 - Site currently allows for the 45 feet of R-O-W from the centerline of Markham Street.
#2 - This is currently a Rezoning Application, not a New Building Submittal. As we are not currently in those stages of development. However, the proposed FFE will be relative to the
existing buildings FFE upon completion of any new construction.
#7 - This is currently a Rezoning Application, not a New Building Submittal. As we are not currently in those stages of development. However, Once the rezoning is approved we will subsequently
submit the proposed route which will provide for the accessible route.
#9 - This is currently a Rezoning Application, not a New Building Submittal, As we are not currently in those stages of development. However, The final parking lot layout will indicate
the proposed accessible stall and isle and each will exceed Arkansas accessibility standards.
