Please find the attached submittal for the Rezoning Application for the property located at:
11415 W. Markham St.
Little Rock, AR 72211
Additionally we are submitting within this application the demolition of the existing drive-thru bank building
which has remained dormant for over a decade as it is does not support any other type of use. Therefore we
propose the new construction in its place that creates a more suitable use of the property.
This area along W. Markham has long been designated as the "Auto Mall" and this proposed use falls under
the exact same criteria each of these adjacent businesses.
