Markham St. Little Rock, Arkansas 72201 RE: Revised PCD – Riverside Subaru Mr. Thrower, The Riverside Properties, LLC is planning an expansion to their existing facility on Colonel Glenn Rd. to better serve their clients. The existing 29,000 square foot Subaru of Little Rock facility Is expanding their Service Department by 37 new service stalls. The building expansion is 23,300 square feet and will also include a new parts department storage area, staff toilets, and a new breakroom. The exterior materials of the existing building will be carried-forward to the new addition. The new addition will have aluminum storefront, EIFS veneer, and ACM detailing to match the front of the existing dealership. The non-public sides of the addition will be painted split face block construction to match the existing construction. There are minor modifications to the interior: The existing showroom will be renovated to include a new café’ with bar seating. The existing service department lounge will double in size and include a new quiet business center and kids’ area. The new addition building footprint will require existing site utilities to be relocated as necessary and some site grading will be required. Subaru of Little Rock is excited about this opportunity to increase their Service Department capacity and look forward to beginning construction as soon as possible. Thank you for your assistance.
