Any new signage must comply with Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. (Signs permitted in commercial zones).
Provide description of exterior building materials for the proposed addition.
Provide total number of employees for the facility.
Typical parking required is five (5) spaces plus one (1) space for each 250 square feet of gross building area for an auto services-type use.
