AMENDED BILL OF ASSURANCE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS. That we, Zia M. Tribble and 0. L. Tribble, for
the purpose of mating the division of the lands heretofore platted as the Ella M. Trib—I
ble Sub —division as shown of Record in Plat Book N0.3 at page 109 and deed recorded in
deed record book No. 204 at Page 293, hereby casks end execute our amended deed for Billj
of Assurance to the Public and deliver said amended plat and Bill of Assurance by re-
cording the following property to —pit:
Part of Southwest Quarter iS4 ) of the Southeast Quarter (SEA) of Section
Eight (8), Torndntp One (1 North of Range Twelve (12) 'west, in Pulaski
County Arkansas, more pazacularly described as beginning where the East
line c the SVJ of the SEr, of Section S crosses the South line of the
Little Rock —Sat Springs Highway, thence South 61 degrees nest 522 feet,
thence South 2 degxeea West 47a feet thence North of degrees East 522
feet, thence North 2 degrees East 47A feet to paint of beginning. !�
Plat for which is filed this date to be recorded in Plat Book No. for Pulaski
County, Arkansas.
Said plat, showing that said property is divided into tracts from one to six inclu—
sive with two streets as shown on said Plat. One being an extension of South 1[artin
Street and the other an extension of what would be lest 26th Street from the East line
of South Martin Street extended as shown on this plat.
The property designated by said Plat to be known as E11aM. Tribble's Sub -division.
And are the Grantors dedieate'and convey the streets therein to the Public to be
used for all public purposes, including pipe lines, electric and telephone lines, and
for general public use.
And we hereby covenant that we trill Warrant and Defend the rights of all parties f obtaining an interest under this Bill of Assurance.
And I, Ella M. Tribble, wife of 0. L. Tribble, for and in consideration of the
purposes herein expressed, do hereby release and relinquish all my rights of Dower and
Homestead in and to said lands.

tore in the foxagoing Rill of Assurance, and stated that they had executed the;eame for
the consideration and purposes herein mentioned end set forth.
And on the scans day also voluntarily appeared before me the said Zia V. Tribble,
wife of the said 0. L. Tribble to are well known, and In the absence of her Bald husband
declared that she lead of her own free will, executed said Bill of Assurance and signed
and sealed.the xelir_quishr:ent of Dower and Homestead in eaid Bill of Assurance for the
consideration and purposes therein contained and set forth, without compulsion;or undue4
influence of her said husband.
