Good Morning. Staff has reviewed applications regarding applications submitted for the September Planning Commission meeting. Your application to rezone the proposed residential lots
to commercial requires a Land Use Amendment.
The application fee is $80.00 which includes the sign fee. The link for the application is provided for your convenience https://www.littlerock.gov/media/7535/land-use-plan-2020.pdf.
Please attach the surveys you already have for all lots pertaining to the rezone request, you do not have to submit any additional items with the application.
If you plan on visiting this office give me a call before so that someone may be here to assist you if need be. Staff will be in and out of the office for meetings the remainder of the
week.
