A rendering is being prepared by the Design Group and will be forwarded under separate cover once completed. 6) Sidewalks, boardwalks, trails, and paths will be utilized. Pedestrian circulation and linkage will be tie into sidewalks along Rodney Parham Road and Anderson Drive. 7) Applicant will amend and reduce zoning intensity on lots 3 and 4 from C-4 down to C-3 and change zoning of Lots 6, 7, 8 & 9 to C-3 uses per planning staff’s recommendation. 8) General office hours will be 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, Monday-Saturday. General retail uses will be 8:00 am – 8:00pm, 7 days a week.
