I'm wanting to convert a Residential Property to a
Commercial Property. My restaurant has been in business
for 9 years around Chicot, which is why I would love to
stay in this area. The food truck that is currently there will
be removed. My restaurant will be open from 11 AM to 9
PM. Starting my employees will be 3, 2 cooks and 1
waitress. The dumpster will be at the very end. I'm
planning to remove the gate in between the property and
the property the trailer is in. The address of the property is
9204 Chicot Road, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72209.
