Dear Mr. Moore:
On behalf of Telcoe Credit Union, please accept this submittal for consideration by the City of
Little Rock Planning Commission and City Council. This submittal includes a request to amend
the PCD zoning at the subject property with C-3 uses to support the proposed Telcoe Credit Union
site plan.
Please find enclosed the following documents:
1. Preliminary PCD site plan (18 copies)
2. Boundary Survey (3 copies)
3. Filing fee of $275.00
We understand that the street improvements to Bowman Road will be completed as a part of a
street improvement project by the City of Little Rock and will not be the responsibility of this
applicant.
