Dear Mr. Collins,
Enclosed is an application for a Planned Commercial Development for the above referenced project. The
purpose of this application is to amend the current overall PCD of Wellington Hills Center, to allow a
new building with a drive through restaurant, to be built within the existing parking lot, east of the
existing multi-tenant building. A current survey of Wellington Center Lot 1 is attached that encompasses
the overall development.
A new Lot will be platted and split off of Lot 1 of Wellington Center, for this new restaurant including the
parking needed to serve the new facility. Attached is a site plan showing the new building and new lot.
The site will take access through the existing parking lot and drives with new access easements
provided. No additional curb cuts are planned for Chenal Parkway or Wellington Drive. Architectural
elements have not been determined yet but will be similar to those of the adjacent building.
